You can access and manage your information by clicking on the Your Account menu of our website. For example, you can view your order history and adjust how you receive Amazon communications.
Please see below for a full list of information you can manage, and instructions on how to navigate from the Your Account section of our website to access and manage this information:
Your Login & security information (including your name and phone number): Click on 'Login & security'.
Your address book (all of your delivery addresses: Click on'Your Addresses'.
Payment information (your stored credit cards, gift card balances): Click on 'Payment Options'.
Order history: Click on 'Your Orders'.
Communications and ads preferences: From the 'E-mail alerts, messages, and ads' box:
For communications, click on 'Communication Preferences'.
For communications about your Orders, or related to your Account, you can easily acces them in Message centre
For ads, click on 'Advertising Preferences'.
From the Digital content and devices' box you can access your data for digital content and devices.
Amazon Drive and Prime Photos: You can also download photos or videos from the website via the web and on mobile apps. To change your settings, you can go here for Amazon Drive and go here for Prime Photo.
When logged in to your Business Account, from the 'Other accounts' box, click on 'Amazon Business registration'.
You can adjust your personal recommendations and tell us to disregard purchases, items you've rated, or videos you've watched for future recommendations by clicking the 'Improve your Recommendations' link at the top of the 'Your recommendations' option under the 'Your Account' menu.
Turning off Browsing History: You can turn off the browsing history from the 'Your Browsing History' page by clicking on 'Manage history' and sliding the 'Turn Browsing History on/off' to 'Off. Your browser must be cookie-enabled for this to work properly. Clearing your browser cookies will re-enable your Browsing History if you've turned it off. If you'd like to re-enable your Browsing History for your browser, return to this page and click Turn on browsing history.
Manage Login with Amazon: You can log in to registered third party websites or apps using your Amazon user name and password by clicking here.
How do I access my data that's not included above?: To access a type of personal information that is not available instantly online through Your Account or in your device (e.g. your signatures for delivered orders) or to tell us more about your privacy issue, you can contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
How do I delete my data?: Please contact us with your data deletion request.
